The place was clean and wonderful, had accommodating staff with top notch customer service. The room was neat with large bathrooms, a great view of the water gardens, a hot tub, loved our time there. Coffee/tea makers and a fridge were nice.

The bed was very firm, that's sad thing.

The only small downside was the presence of a large group of young people here, likely attending some kind of convention. They were somewhat crowding the lobby and elevators, and it made things a bit less enjoyable. However, this venue is still a great choice for anyone looking for luxury and comfort in the downtown area.

The property was gorgeous with amazingly nice staff with top notch customer service. The location of the property was marvellous as we were near to great nightlife, museums and the stockyards, and restaurants, shops, and the convention center.

It is an easy base for celebrating anniversary, has spectacular views of down town. Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location in an awesome area, so close to the restaurants as well as downtown area. Good food in the restaurants such as Tie, located 10 min away.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a heavenly bed and a beautiful nighttime view. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, greeting us warmly every time.
